My vision for a very practical, affordable and a self contained patio began in Jan 2016. After having met with Taylor from Lawton's Landscaping my vision matured in to a conceptual design. Taylor was very knowledgeable and patient in helping me build on my design. We went through several revisions and he did not hesitate even once to come visit me to discuss, as far as I remember more than 6 times. This conceptual design was then finalised and executed by his professional team on time on budget on May 30th. Having worked with a dud of a landscaper who was tardy, asked for 50% upfront, took the money, dragged out the project for 6 weeks and then disappeared, it was such a PLEASURE to work with professionals from Lawton's Landscaping. Taylor Lawton was extremely professional and was on-time every time we had an appointment to discuss the project. He provided estimated costs ahead of time and did not ask me for any money upfront. Taylor and his team came by, and did a fantastic job -- laid stone pathway, took out sod and created garden beds and gravel walkway. All in one day! To top it off they left the job site absolutely spotless. Admirable work ethic!

A few weeks ago Taylor & the Lawton team finished our front & back patio. We are so happy with the job they did, the quality of work was well beyond my expectations. The work was complete within 2.5 days & I couldn't believe how hard working the crew was. They were non stop from start to finish. Taylor was very great with collaborating my vision of what we wanted & was always willing to provide options. My neighbours can't stop complementing on the work & I have had many of them ask me WHO did the work ; so they can hire the Lawton team! Lawton pricing was far & worth every dollar spent. We got a few quotes before starting the job & it was very comparable with the competition.

So happy with our backyard patio and custom fire pit! Professional crew and hard work - had the job done in 3 days and were right on schedule with projected start date. Created a space exactly how we wanted! We were able to add a few finishing touches that we requested last minute (river rock boarder, creating a garden bed, planting). It was a pleasure working with Taylor. Glad he suggested a weeping tile for proper drainage. A good price for a job well done. Highly recommend!
